This 1-hour workshop is designed to empower those who attend to explore different ways to respond when people push our buttons and get us rattled. The goal is to improve our effectiveness in dealing with people who are rude, demanding, or otherwise have poor boundaries.

ACT and CBT Clinical Supervision Group
Location: The Gardiner Center for Stress Management
Starting in November, GCSM will begin hosting a monthly supervision group for mental health professionals in this area. Our focus will be to offer each other peer supervision from a behavioral perspective, but therapists of all theoretical approaches are welcome and encouraged to attend.
